Put the cars ignition power on (not engine)

Enter your current code

Wait for 2 light flashes

Put your foot down on the accelerator (if this dosent work hold the full beam in)

Keep it pressed and re enter your current code again

Now you should start to see your light flashing every 3 seconds

Release the accelerator (or full beam)

Now enter your NEW CODE

Wait for 3 flashes

Now enter your NEW CODE AGAIN

Wait for 2 flashes then turn the car off, this is now complete!

There is an emergency override procedure with a unique code to every ghost immobiliser, the installation engineer will show you how to do this on the day and you will be left with an emergency override card . Please check your Ghost-II immobiliser information pack and search for the black card, on the back of that card will be a scratch off strip with an EMERGENCY CODE section, this is what you will need to override your Ghost-II immobiliser code.

There is a way to temporarily disable the Ghost-II immobiliser from needing a code to start the car. Once you arrive at the location you're leaving the car, you would press your VALET/SERVICE button 5 times, this service button will be written on page 3 of your owners handbook. To do this follow these instructions.

Pull up at your destination

leave the car running, if its off, just put the ignition on and re enter the normal code again.

Now press the service button 5 times

Wait for 5 flashes back

Thats now in service mode.

Yes, we offer a removal and reinstallation service, charges do apply, but it's less than purchasing a new Ghost-II immobiliser installation.

The Ghost-II immobiliser is £499 fitted, this includes the Ghost itself, fitting, 3 years warranty and VAT. Auto Communications fits the Ghost-II immobiliser at the following locations and many more, Essex, Surrey, Kent, London, Hertfordshire , Suffolk, Reading, Inside and outside of the M25.

The Ghost was the original name, its now been called the Ghost-II for 4 years, the Ghost-II is compatible with more vehicles then the ghost was, the ghost is no longer in circulation. There is now. a Ghost-PRO which offers more options for cars that have limited buttons available for the ghost input code.
